     As a mum of 2 under 3's I have been there and I know how wonderfully life-changing having children is, but also how de-railing and universe-altering it is too.

After the first few months of the new baby bubble, comes the unknown along with so many new decisions, should I go back to work, should I stay home, can I still have my own identity, how can I fit everything in, I want to do all the things I used to but it just doesn't seem possible anymore, will I ever have any alone time ever again and so on.

You go from being the main character in your own life story to feeling more like a supporting actress or even an extra.

Life coaching can help you find balance, confidence, build strong routines, organise your life, and get the fulfillment from motherhood you deserve.

Lock-down has thrown everyone's routines out of the window and getting back into the swing of things, or even realising what you were doing before wasn't actually working is hard. Wanting to kick the bad habits and start getting the most out of your hours, days, weeks and especially weekends can help you really find the balance and fulfillment that could be missing from your life.

Getting the most out of your time doesn't mean you will be busier, it means you will be able to prioritise to make sure you have time for what is most important to you whilst feeling in control and on top of the rest of your life too. So you can really switch off and be in the moment.
